Stephen Carter Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Carter of Russiaville, Indiana, born in Logansport, Indiana, who passed away on November 22, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Carter and Rheba Carter (Johnson). He is survived by: his wife Carmen Moon; his children, Stephanie Knapp (Curt) and Ryan (Carrie Miller-Carter); his grandchildren, Alison, Alyssa, Alyse, Jacob, Collin, Caden, Colton, Chase, Calan and Kenze; and his siblings, Phil Carter (Nancy) and Julia Hoffman (Dennis). He is also survived by several cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Kokomo Rescue Mission in Steve's memory.
