It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Kay Spencer of Russiaville, Indiana, who passed away on October 23, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Plummer and Ruth Plummer (Jones); her siblings, Richard Plummer, Judith Neal Boyd (Plummer) and Rita Mullins (Plummer); her child Rene' Spivey (Spencer); and her sons-in-law, Curtis Spivey and Michael Walker.
She is survived by: her husband Phillip G Spencer; her children, Timothy Fennell (Pamela) and Kimberly Crow (Reid); her stepdaughter Nanette Walker; her brother Robert Plummer (Bob); and her grandchildren, Jeremy Fennell (Quyen), Joshua Fennell (Carla), Megan Wilcox (Dan), Jesse Crow (Amanda), Jacob Crow, Bryce Crow (Beth) and Alex Spivey. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
