He is survived by: his wife Sharon Dost (Charles); his children, Robert Ronald Dost Jr. and Cheryl Schliesmann (James); his sister Carol Souvigny; and his grandchildren, Robert J. Llamas, Jessica M. Salinas (Mychael), Leah K. Schliesmann, Amber Miller and Kara Atwater. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
