She was predeceased by: her parents, Verlin Burnette and Ella Burnette (Ridenour); and her sister Connie Taylor. She is survived by: her husband James M. McCormack; her children, Anita, Kelly McCormack and Curtis McCormack; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Carlisle, John-Michael McCormack, Kerrigan McCormack, Tessa McCormack and Daylon Hubbard; and her great grandchildren, Jeanie McCormack, Bailie Vickers, Curtis Michael McCormack and Joseph McCormack. She is also survived by her husband, children and grandchildren.
