She was predeceased by: her parents, Phreno Mathis and Carrie Mathis (Shook); her husband Dale; her siblings, Guy Mathis, Louise Mathis Hughes, Hazel Mathis Gilliland, Donald Mathis, Wilber Mathis, Robert Mathis and Roberta Mathis Crane; and her son-in-law Richard Densmore.
She is survived by: her child Rick; and her grandchildren, Rachel Bolin (Jason), Amanda Woods (Josh), Jesse Crites (Ashley), Angela Horner, Eric Densmore (Shannon), Cari Simmons (Ryan), Shannon Unger, Michelle Norris, Michael Roberts, Eddie Roberts (Patty) and Jamie Roberts (Jennifer). She is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
