He is survived by: his wife Dianna Jarvis; his children, Christi Kanable, Michelle McCarthy (Mike), Leslie Rhinebarger, Brad Rush (Danielle), Misty Fawbush, Lowell Evans Jr. (Bobbi) and David Evans; his grandchildren, Lacey, Brittany, Brittani, Kelsey, Tanner, Cami, Conner, Katie, Nathan, Claire, Kaylee, Preston, Noah, Cullen and Ira; his siblings, Dave Heilman (Jan) and Dorinda Walker; his friends, Kenny Ellison, Bill Whaley and Les Dumoulin; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
