She was predeceased by: her mother Helen Marie Pizzarello (Dohney). She is survived by: her father Frank Pizzarello; her husband Tom Lenahan; her children, Nick Lenahan (Sarah), Sarah Gaeta (Gabriel), Vincent Lenahan, Benjamen Lenahan and Kevin Lenahan; her grandchildren, Joel, Levi Lenahan, Xavier and Aiden Gaeta; and her siblings, Guy Pizzarello, Tina Ward (Mark) and Julie Pizzarello (David Rollins).
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in Lisa's memory.
