He was predeceased by: his father Jack Moore. He is survived by: his mother Maryellen Moore (Anderson); his wife Heather King; his children, Jacob Moore and Jansen Moore; his siblings, Judy Alberts (Bob), Joan Hobbs, Jerry Hobbs (Juliet), Jim Moore (Gretchen) and Joe Moore; and his caregiver Angie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
