He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Todd and Lula Todd (Stizler); his daughter Debbie Cannon; and his brothers, George, Carlos, Louis and Lee Todd.
He is survived by: his spouse Verble Templeton; his children, Arthur Todd (Tara) and Caroll Evans (Jim); his son-in-law Rick Cannon; his grandchildren, Angela Newton (Mike), Roger Evans (Veronica), Jennifer Pisula (Steve), Anna Whybrew (Ron), Jerry Lee Cannon and Taylor Singleton (Parker); his great grandchildren, Breanna Newton, David Newton, Isebella Newton, Julia Newton, Ronnie Whybrew, Rosie Cannon, Little Jerry Cannon, Kalista Pisula, Rachel Pisula, Kiara Evans and Cyrus Singleton; and his great great grandchildren, Maverick Newton and Maddox Newton.
