It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Stout (Russiaville, Indiana), who passed away on February 7, 2020, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David A. Stout and Mary Helen Stout (Taylor); his wife Tamara L. Degenkolb; and his grandfather Kennard Reagan Stout.
