He was predeceased by: his parents, James Handy and Esther Handy (Fisher); and his brother Larry Handy. He is survived by: his wife Stacy Lewis; his children, Jacquelyn Danielle Tobey of Noblesville, IN and Seth Handy (Diane) of Cicero, IN; his grandchildren, Scarlett Tobey and Ari Tobey; his siblings, John Handy (Shirley) of Wheaton, IL, Jerri Handy and Janice Yost (Kent) of Upland, IN; his siblings-in-law, Barb Handy of Florida, Paul Jr. Lewis Russiaville (Debbie) and Lori Collins Russiaville (Tom); and his father-in-law Paul Lewis Russiaville (Becky).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the ConneXion Church (700 E Southway Blvd, Kokomo, IN 46902). A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at the United States Marine Corps and the Kokomo VFW.
