MacKay and Douglas F. MacKay; his stepdaughters, Lacey Mundy (Jeremy), Cayla Markham (Josh) and Krista VanHoose; his grandchildren, Justis Mundy, Fain Mundy, Nicholas Markham, Taylor Markham, Jocelyn, Amelia and Roman Deaton; and his pets, Nonni, Maizee and Mollee.
