He was predeceased by: his parents, Kennard R. Stout and Reba A. Stout (Tucker); his brother David A. Stout; his sister-in-law Mary Helen Stout; and his sons-in-law, Phillip Mazza, Mike Rust and Larry Duncan.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Stout (Swander); his children, Kim Rust, Candy Duke (Douglas), Tammy Slick (Bryan) and Michael Stout; his grandchildren, Jessica Miller (Adam), Rachel Guy (Travis), Erin Burk (Jon), Christopher Duncan (Misty), Nicholas Duncan (Melissa), Ashley Robins (Brad), Matthew Slick (Kayla), Melissa Pruett (Jeremy) and Marc Slick (Marilee); and his sisters-in-law, Linda Stout, Mary Kay Hagerman and Elaine Swander. He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
