She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Moore and Bertha Moore (Bicknel); her husband Elwood W. O'Neal; her siblings, William Moore, Leslie Moore and Reba O'Neal; and her children, Aleta Craig and Ernie O'Neal.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Mae O'Neal of Russiaville and Sandra Thomas (John) of Russiaville; her grandchildren, Zachary Thomas (Elisha) of Kokomo, Adam Thomas of Kokomo and Jesse Thomas (Tessa); her great grandchildren, Grace O'Neal and Bryson Gaggle; her sisters, Shirley Kirby of Kokomo and Nancy Hayes (Jim) of Centerburg, OH; and her granddaughter Josie O'Neal. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
