He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Ramsay and Margaret Ramsay; his wife Barbara McManomy of Crawfordsville; his sons, Royce (Susan) of Omaha, Nebraska, Don of Crawfordsville, IN, Rex of Crawfordsville, IN and Jon (Jackie) of Poland, IN.; his grandchildren, Jane Peaslee (Frank), Alan, Kinli, Kandis Ramsey, Meagan Starnes (Adrian), Daniel Warren, Isaiah, Lian, Owen and Luke Ramsay; his great grandchildren, Penelopee Starnes, Parker Warren and Charlotte Ramsay; and his sister Devota Stevens.
