It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacob Carroll Fordice of Russellville, Indiana, who passed away on January 2, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Fordice and Mary Fordice (Smiley); his wife Anna "Beth" Fordice; and his sisters, Nancy Lou Harbison (Cy), Betty Jane "Janey" Rice (Dave) and Carolyn Sue Fordice.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sue Ann Lawson (Michael) of Russellville, IN and Mary Louise Fordice of North Salem, IN; his brothers, Maurice Fordice and Richard Fordice; and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Glover and Bill Glover. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Russellville Community Church or the Russellville Community Center.
