He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Mae and Lyle Sewell Clodfelter; his stepmother Virginia Clodfelter; his grandparents, Leland, Effie Allgood, Elmer and Betty Clodfelter; his brother-in-law Jack Mendenhall; and his stepsister Nancy Mendenhall.
He is survived by: his sisters, Jo Ellen Clodfelter (Terri McCain) and Myrna Edwards (Doug Edwards); his stepbrother Cecil Perkins (Patty Perkins); his daughters, Heather Clodfelter and Natalie Spontak (Kyle Spontak); his grandchildren, Hannah, Oliver, Teresa and Josephine Spontak; and his nieces and nephews, Bryan Perkins (Robyn Perkins), Andy Perkins (Jill Perkins), Erin Smith (Scott Smith), Jenny Martin (Brandon Martin) and Ashley Brackin.
