He was predeceased by: his father Joseph O. Goins; and his brother David V. Goins. He is survived by: his mother Louella F. Goins (Bradley); his sons, Derrick Goins (Kristie) and Trevor Goins (Kristy); the parents of children, Joan Hayes and John Egielske (Michele); his siblings, Larry Goins, Terry Goins (Lorna), Anderson, Ricky Goins (Kim) of Cincinnati, OH, Dennis Goins (Desiree), Kris Goins (SoVonna) of Atlantic Highlands, NJ, JoElla Hawkins and Marion; and his close friend Becky Gibson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
