William Howard III Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Howard III of Rushville, Indiana, who passed away on June 24, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Dee (Jewell) and William Mason Howard, Jr.; and his parents-in-law, Russell and Wilma Stout. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Howard; his children, Leigha D. Howard, Jamie J. Schoettmer, Michele White (Aaron), Michael J. Howard (Emily), William M. Howard IV and Troy A. Rapp (Ashley); and his siblings, Billie Jean Lucas and Ricky Dee Howard (Liz McKinney). He is also survived by his 13 Grandchildren, one Great Grandson, and five nephews and two nieces.
