He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Boone and Wanda Keith (Moore); and his siblings, Robert Allen, James Owen Keith and Doris Ann Boyer.
He is survived by: his children, Doug Keith (Christina) of Rush County, Anthony Keith (Theresa) of Rushville and Danielle Thorpe (Keith) of Columbus, IN; his brother Dick Keith (Goldie); his stepbrother Steve Keith (Kim) of Rushville; and his sisters, Beverly Herbert Buhler of Rushville, Charlene Hauk and Donna Jenkins Anderson (Gary) of Rushville. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
