We are sad to announce that on January 30, 2022, at the age of 89, Vivian F Smith of Rushville, Indiana, born in Pendleton County, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Reese Holmes and Fannie Holmes (Haley); her husband Lawrence "Andy" Smith; and her son David Smith. She is survived by: her children, Cathy Sipes (Tommie) of Shelbyville, IN and Mike Smith (Carolyn Sue) of Glenwood, IN; and her daughter-in-law Bonnie L. Smith of Rushville, IN.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
