He was predeceased by: his father Ferda Montgomery; his former wife Vida Montgomery (Morgan); his son Rick L. Montgomery; and his siblings, Lee Montgomery, Kenneth Montgomery, Helen Turner and Darlene Young.
He is survived by: his spouse Christabelle Montgomery (Dawson); his children, Melinda Morgan (Scott) of Milroy and Monte Montgomery (Cindy) of Greenfield; his stepchildren, Ric Morgan (Cathy) of Greensburg and Christy Alchermes (Brian); his sisters, Ruthann Hinton and Linda S. Mathews; his grandchildren, David Brooks, Phillip Morgan (Jamie), Zach Morgan (Tavia), Mitchel Montgomery (Sarah) and Megan Montgomery (Nickole); and his great grandchildren, Jack and Gus Morgan.
Memorial Contributions may be made to First Baptist Church, Habitat for Humanity or to Our Hospice of Southern Indiana in memory of Thomas.
