John Dunaway wrote a sympathy message

“Tom was such a supportive man. He was always there for Joey. Joey and I hung out alot at his house and Tom made sure we knew we were welcome. He played basketball with us among other things and ill never forget that on Joey's 18th birthday grilled a 16 oz T-bone steak for each one of Joey's friends - was a first for me! Tom was kind and generous with a sense of God's grace reflected in his character. A most memorable man for us all.”
