He is survived by: his wife Bertha Duncan Shaw; his mother Ruth Taylor Shaw (Sizemore); his stepchildren, Ashley Butler and David Butler; and his siblings, Lori Walston (Gary), Shellie Wenning (Lance) and Gary Shaw (Marcie).
