He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Earl Adkins and Unita Faye Ervine Meneffee of Jeffersonville; and his brother Danny Dale Adkins. He is survived by: his wife Martha Alice Cohee Adkins; and his siblings, Brian Adkins of Jeffersonville, Mark Adkins of Rushville, Jeannie Dunn of Jeffersonville and Debbie Adkins of Jeffersonville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
