She was predeceased by: her parents, Bonnie Jean Crain (Pearcy) and Lee Alven Gates, Sr.; her daughters, Sherry and Shelly Farley; and her siblings, Kerry Lee Gates Sr., Lee Alven Gates Jr. and April Dawn Nicholson.
She is survived by: her sons, Nicholas Farley (Jessie) of Rushville, IN and Luke Farley (Lisa); and her sisters, Della M. Lowery (Bob) of Clarksburg, IN, Bonita J. Abrams (Terry) of Arlington, IN and Kathy J. Walker of Paris, TN.. She is also survived by five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
