He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Quinlan; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Joshua and Christian Quinlan. He is survived by: his daughters, Nicole Dane (William) of Rushville, Bridget John (C. J.) of Morgantown and Stephanie Quinlan; and his sisters, Vicki Miller of Rushville, Rebecca Quinlan of Greensburg and Lisa Quinlan of Greensburg. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
