He is survived by: his parents, Steven Burnett and Stephanie Smith (Gibson); his wife Katherine "Kathy" (Cooper); his grandmother Adell Thomas; his children, Isaiah Burnett of Fort Wayne, Indya Burnett of Rushville and Sierra Sisco (Nic) of Fort Wayne; his sisters, A'del Moore and Jasmine Burnett; his granddaughters, Amya, Avrie and Alia Sisco; and his cousin Anthony Gonzalez. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
