He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Carr and Ruthie Carr (Herbert); and his sister-in-law Karen (Chuck Mayse). He is survived by: his wife Linda R. Carr (Frank); his children, Ross Carr (Aleisha Workman) and Harlie (Ryan O'Dell); his siblings, Rick (Patty Carr), Kathy (Dan Stephens), Diane (Brad Stewart) and Sandy (Bob Amenta); and his grandchildren, Vivienne, Addilyn Carr, Axel O'Dell and Brody Egerton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
