She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Whitaker and Hester Whitaker (Childers); her spouse Don J. Hauk; her daughter Judy Chandler; her son-in-law Mike Chandler; and her siblings, Letha Whitaker, Ila Smith, Gatha Hutchinson and Linville "Bud" Whitaker.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Misty Chandler of Carmel, Tracy Chandler of Rushville and Mike Chandler of Rushville; and her great grandchild Olivia Foreman.
