It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard A. Sharpe of Rushville, Indiana, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sharpe and Neomi Shaw; and his siblings, JoAnne Glisson, Carolyn Smiley, Melvin, Billy Tom and Norman Sharpe.

He is survived by: his wife Sue Woods Sharpe; his daughters, Anna Bentley (Steve) of Zephyrhills, FL and Robin Phelps (Brad) of Indianapolis, IN; his sister Rebecca Sharpe of Rushville; his grandsons, Brian, Adam, Nathan Bentley and Joshua Phelps; and his great grandchildren, Braylynn, Owen and Rory.
