He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack B. Douglass and Christine Douglass (Randell). He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Beth Ann Silcox (Greg), Steven Richard Douglass and Sara Jeanne Gottron (Matthew); his siblings, Jerry Douglass (Bonnie) and Sally Barnes (Donald); his sister-in-law Donna Hunter (John); his grandchildren, Logan Douglass (Maria), Erin Silcox, Nathan Douglass, Claire Silcox, Jacob Gottron, Natalie Gottron, Riley Douglass and Emma Gottron; and his great grandchild Mason Richard Douglass. He is also survived by four nieces and two nephews.
