He is survived by: his spouse JoAnn Johnson; his daughters, Kimberly Ann Perin (Keith) of Rushville, Melissa Jo Craig (Jerry) of Rushville and Brenda Lee Slaton (Jeff) of Rushville; his grandchildren, Megan Tucker (Craig), Lauren Perin (Carl Liggett), Cary Jones (Christina Powers), Craig Jones (Rachael), Cameron Craig, David Slaton, Brandon Slaton and Michael Slaton; and his great grandchildren, Haylie Tucker and Addison Tucker.
