With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard L. Dragoo of Rushville, Indiana, born in Muncie, Indiana, who passed away on December 28, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion G. Dragoo and Nettie O. Dragoo (Carnes); his wife Martha Jane Dragoo (Myers); his brother Robert E. Dragoo; and his grandparents, Frank, Mary Effie Dragoo (Mock), John and Alice Carnes (Brown).
He is survived by: his children, David Dragoo (Lindsey) of Fishers, IN, Nancy Hamilton (Rob) of New Castle, IN and Julia Dragoo of Rushville; and his grandchildren, Laura, Kate, Abby Hamilton, Ella Dragoo, Will Hogsett and Sam Smith.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Rush Memorial Hospital Foundation, the Rush County Community Foundation (Dick and Jane Dragoo Memorial Scholarship Fund) or the donor's choice.
