Phillip V. Starkey Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2021, at the age of 71, Phillip V. Starkey of Rushville, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Verle Starkey and Norma Starkey (Adams); and his sister Claudia Starkey. He is survived by: his wife Lou Meer of Rushville; his sons, John Starkey (Miranda) of Rushville and Dan Starkey of Carthage; his brother Tim Starkey (Janie) of Rushville; and his grandchildren, Vivian, Emmett Starkey, Lincoln, Adelyn, Hunter, Jack and Madelynn Brackman.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Elk's Clothe-A-Child, the Rushville Public Library or to Rush County Cancer thru RCCF.
