It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phillip Norris of Rushville, Indiana, who passed away on September 21, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Norris (Sharpe) and Paul B Norris. He is survived by: his sister Donna J. Adams of Shelbyville, IN; and his daughter Tracy N. Letzler of Muncie, IN.
