He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Francis "Punk" and Hazel Levi (Richardson). He is survived by: his wife Shirley (Holman); his son Daniel Levi of Fayette County, IN; his stepchildren, Larry Allen (Cindy) of Shelbyville, IN, David Graham (Amanda) of Morristown, IN, Beth Logan (Ray) of Franklin County, IN and April Collett (Christopher) of Franklin County, IN; and his brother Bruce Levi (Linda) of Rushville, IN.
