He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Leising and Marcella Leising (Bedel); his siblings, Bernard Leising (Carolyn) and Joyce Rowland (Glen); and his brother-in-law Albert Miller.

He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Isley; his children, Angela Buckley (Craig) of Manilla, Tammy Jackman (Rob) of Milroy and Doug Leising (Jenny) of Shelbyville; his grandchildren, Crosby, Courtney Jackman, Carly, Kendra Buckley, Ava and Max Leising; and his siblings, Raymond Leising (Mary), Harold Leising (Diane), Norma Miller (Albert), Arnold Leising, Mark Leising (Jeanie) and Marvin Leising (Linda).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Rushville FFA Alumni or the Rush County 4-H Council.
