He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Lou (Jackson) and James E. Rankin; and his siblings, Rebecca and Jeff. He is survived by: his wife Ylonda A. Rankin (Hallgarth); his son Travis Jon Rankin of Nashville, IN; his stepchildren, Brandi M. Hallgarth of Martinsville, IN, Kimbriana Workman (Robert) of Rushville, Danielle Kadri of Rushville, Alicia Hill (Chris) of Rushville and Brian Cain II; and his sisters, Debbie Rankin of Rushville, Susan Gideon of Rushville and Jamie Brown of Rushville. He is also survived by one grandchild and several step grandchildren.
