He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Ruth Lee (Moore). He is survived by: his father Charles Lee; his stepmother Sue Lee of Rushville; his siblings, Tammy Jones (Ken) of Greensburg and Jerry Lee of Rushville; and his pets, Gypsy Rose and Mary Ann. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
