He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joe Clifford and RoseAnn Clifford (Harding); his siblings, Mark Clifford and Mindy Shaver; and his grandchildren, Quentin Cain of Rushville, Kingston of Rushville, Lennon of Rushville and Luna Tetrault of Rushville.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Rushville Public Library.
