She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Bills and Carrie Bills (Lee); her spouse Orvel McGowan; her son-in-law Steve Barnard; and her brothers, Dale E. Bills and Darrell G. Bills.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Barnard (John Copple) of Rushville, Darrin L. McGowan (Thomasina) of Rushville, Darvin L. McGowan (Jennifer) of New Castle and Danny J. McGowan (Lori) of Greensburg; and her grandchildren, Steve Barnard (Amy), Amber Hampton (Tim), Keegan McGowan, Keeley McGowan (Morgan Head), Macayla McGowan and Addison McGowan. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Rushville Church of the Nazarene.
