With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martha J. Kilgore Jones of Rushville, Indiana, born in Shelby, Indiana, who passed away on February 9, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Elmer and Lucy Ellen Kilgore (Farmer); her husband John P. Jones; her son Ronald "Ron" Jones; and her siblings, Kenneth, Phillip, Donald, Willis, Edwin Kilgore, Judith "Judy" Maude Sedam and Joan Price.
She is survived by: her children, Robert "Bob" Jones (Kathy) of Indianapolis and Barbara E. Jones Peterson of Rushville; her sisters, Mary Ellen Otjen (Herman) of Indianapolis, Barbara Kent, Carolyn Sue Jones of Indianapolis and Freda A. Linville of Indianapolis; and her grandchildren, Tasha Jones, Desmond Jones, Lennon Jones (Jennifer Nichols), Andrew Peterson and Sarah Durham. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
