Marilyn Petty Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 11, 2021, at the age of 91, Marilyn Petty of Rushville, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Estes and Mary Estes (Gray); her husband Robert Petty; her granddaughter Stacy Brooks; and her close friend Joel Rarden.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila Brooks (Emerson) of North Vernon, Kimberly Shanahan (Dan) of Rushville, Kerry Pierce (Tony) of Indianapolis and Kevin Petty of Ocala, FL; and her siblings, Robert Estes and Martha Brown of Madison. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; several nieces and a nephew.
Memorials can be made through the funeral home to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana and/or American Cancer Society.
