He is survived by: his parent Judith Gail Cooper (Cummins); his children, Lowell Thomas Allen of Lawrenceburg, Latosha Allen of Brookville, Tiffany Allen of Ohio, Travis Allen of Brookville and Carolyn Cooper of Shelbyville; his stepdaughter Ashley Souders of Shelbyville, Indiana; his siblings, Wilma Rapp of Rushville, Loretta Cooper of Brookville, Wanetta Cooper of Milford, Ohio and Phillip Cooper of Lawrenceburg; and his half-brother Greg Parrett of Brookville.
