She was predeceased by: her parents, R. B. Bradley (Joseph Goins) and Dorothy Bradley; her siblings, Margaret Franklin, James Robert Bradley, Richard Bradley and William Bradley; and her nephews, David Van Goins and William Ray Goins.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Goins; and her children, Jo Ella Hawkins, Doris McDougal, Larry Goins, Terry Goins (Lorna), Rick Goins (Kim), Dennis Goins (Desiree) and Kris Goins (SoVonna). She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins, and a host of dear friends.
Louella cherished her children and provided a strong educational and ethical foundation for her family.
