He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Fraley and Edythe Fraley (Harris); his former wife Glenda Fraley (Geise); and his sisters, Debra Jenkins and Judy Hunter.

He is survived by: his wife Shelle Fraley; his children, Connie Seymour of Terre Haute, Carrie Giletto (Tony) of College Station and Bart Fraley (Britney) of Lewisville; and his stepchildren, Nikki Earlywine, Becky Rosenberger, Steve Browning, Doug Browning and Jeff Browning (Shelly). He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 9 step grandchildren and 4 step great-grandchildren.
