He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Noel (Hood) and Paul A. Noel; his wife Anita Sue Beck; and his son-in-law Kenny Clement Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Carol Clement, Annette Snoddy (Wayne) of Rushville and David R. Noel of New Castle; his siblings, Frannie Marshall (Paul) of Rushville, Sherry Geis (Rod) of Connersville and Mark Noel (Linda) of Rushville; his brother-in-law John Beck of Connersville; and his grandchildren, Kristin, Lauren Harkless (Troy), David Rouse (Tyetta Palmer), Brittany Mann (Dennis), Mariah Crenshaw (Josh), Zachariah Bush, Leticia Beniefel (Ty) and Wesley Snoddy.
