He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Lee and Alma Lee (Ketchum); and his siblings, Jerry B. Lee and Elizabeth Crain. He is survived by: his daughter Lacey Harris of Rush County; his siblings, Charles E. Lee (Sue) of Rushville, Brian Lee of Rushville, Mark Moore (Tamara) of Rushville and Kelly Kennedy (John) of Rushville; his grandson Eli Shaver; and his sister-in-law Patricia Lee of Greensburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
