With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Katie M. Newlin (Rushville, Indiana), who passed away on December 14, 2024 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Katie may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Katie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her mother Beverly Palmer. She is survived by: her husband Mark Newlin; her sons, Bobby Palmer of Rushville and Morton Palmer (Brittany) of Shelbyville; her grandchildren, Faith Palmer, Gaige Palmer and Luke Palmer; and her siblings, Ollie Palmer of Manila, Fred Palmer of Manila, Mary Palmer (Jack) of Shelbyville and Keith Palmer of Manila.
